Installation Instructions
The easiest method of installing SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 Desktop or Server in a virtual machine is to use the standard SUSE distribution CDs.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, verify that the following tasks are complete:- Read General Installation Instructions for All VMware Products.
- VMware recommends that you use the LSI Logic virtual SCSI adapter with this guest operating system.
Installation Steps
- Insert the SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 installation CD in the CD-ROM drive.
- Power on the virtual machine.
